Typically, approval for the Maison K Pro account could take up to 1 - 3 business days.

Yes! You may choose to pick up your order instead of having it shipped (subject to availability). Please select Pick Up at checkout. 

Pick up orders are usually ready within 2-4 business days and are available for pick up on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at Our Salon in San Ramon, California.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

All of our shipments currently ship from the San Jose, California area.

At this time, Maison K is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Items ordered and paid for will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

We primarily ship through UPS. After the 2-4 day processing time, carrier typically delivers up to 2-10 business days, depending on your shipping address.
