Shipping
Are orders available for pickup?
Yes! You may choose to pick up your order instead of having it shipped (subject to availability). Please select Pick Up at checkout.
Pick up orders are usually ready within 2 business days and are available for pick up on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at Our Salon in San Ramon, California.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
All of our shipments currently ship from the San Jose, California area.
What if my order is lost?
At this time, MAISON K is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
When will I receive my order?
Items ordered and paid for will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
We primarily ship through USPS. After the 2-4 day processing time, carrier typically delivers up to 2-10 business days, depending on your shipping address.
*Please note: we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders which may cause shipping delays. Please keep in mind that orders are processed in the order they are received. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to fulfill your orders promptly.

Due to our inability to restock returned goods, we kindly ask that all customers consider their purchases carefully as we operate on a final sale basis for returns and exchanges.
